chore(admin): regenerate baked admin assets

Regenerated via `make admin-ui` against the new webui/generate.mjs
chunking. Decoded asset bytes are byte-identical to the prior baked
file (SHA-256 over adminIndexHTML + every adminAssets[name].body,
sorted by name: 7bf96c68a64d26586057c714ba8b6ee393ad361a47ab1acb21d1d260955d3edd
before and after — verified with a throwaway test against both
generator outputs on the same webui/dist/ build). contentType strings
and asset map keys are unchanged.

Measured under Yaegi (github.com/traefik/yaegi, the interpreter this
plugin actually runs under) with a standalone import-timing harness
pointed at this tree: package import 233.8ms -> 39.8ms (median of 3
runs each), heap after import 32.0MB -> 22.8MB.
