chore(admin): regenerate baked admin assets

Rebuilds webui/dist/ via vite build and re-runs webui/generate.mjs to
bake the usage-provenance badge changes into admin_assets_gen.go, the
file admin.go's serveAdminPage/serveAdminAsset actually serve.
