chore(admin): regenerate baked admin assets

make admin-ui: vue-tsc -b && vite build, then webui/generate.mjs against
webui/dist/, gofmt -w'd. Reflects the review-round webui fixes: the
compact-format precision corrections, the ARIA-valid hover-text
components, and the ProvidersView.vue polish.
