chore(admin): regenerate baked admin assets

make admin-ui: vue-tsc -b && vite build, then webui/generate.mjs
against webui/dist/, gofmt -w'd. Reflects every webui/ change in this
branch: feature v0.23's metadata hover/chips and the compact-count
formatting addition.
