lukaszraczylo b1df0ab270 style(scripts): brace the variable in the cask fix script 
The tap shellcheck configuration wants braces around variable references, and test-bot failed on the new script.

lukaszraczylo 1b62a018ec fix(casks): rewrite postflight blocks in the test workflow 
GoReleaser regenerates each cask with a postflight block, which Homebrew rejects. A script now rewrites it to postflight_steps before test-bot runs. The four current casks are rewritten as well.

lukaszraczylo 3f2b74b7ec fix(casks): use postflight_steps 
Homebrew rejects a postflight block with Cask/InstallSteps. The four casks now strip the quarantine attribute through postflight_steps. GoReleaser still generates the old block, so the next release of each project writes it back.
