- [x] Standardize directory structure across scanner and server Dockerfiles
- [x] Use FHS-compliant paths (/var/cache, /var/lib, /tmp)
- [x] Add explicit permission management (chmod 750) in build stage
- [x] Remove initContainers from both Helm deployments
