ci: move the analysis template out of the workflows

The template needs a .git-velocity.yaml that this repository does not have, so every run failed. It now lives in examples/workflows for users to copy.

lukaszraczylo	39c1d50236	fix(site): use encoding/json goccy/go-json v0.11.0 and later panic in the indent encoder with a nil pointer dereference, so the dependency update failed its tests. The site generator needs nothing beyond the standard library.	2026-10-02 22:07:13 +01:00
