* Add ability to disable replay protection. - This is useful for runs with multiple traefik replicas to avoid false positives and tokens re-creation.
* Enhance the CI/CD pipelines
* Increase test coverage.
* Update vendored dependencies.
* Update behaviour on forceHTTPS as per issue #82
