lukaszraczylo 87088e5065 feat(mcp): expose samples/upscale/annotate tool params 
Wire Samples+Upscale onto SolveTextIn and Samples+Upscale+Annotate onto
SolveGridIn, pass through to TextOptions/GridOptions. Fields ordered
fieldalignment-clean. GridResult Out now carries no_targets.
