lukaszraczylo c87d3eb56e chore(deps): update Go dependencies 
Update controller-runtime to 0.25.2 and k8s.io modules to 0.37.1.
Pin kube-openapi to the version that client-go 0.37.1 requires.
Set the go directive to 1.26.0 because the new modules need it.
