lukaszraczylo 87261a54ab ci: use the latest QEMU binfmt image 
The arm64 worker image build crashes in libc-bin under qemu-v8.1.5. The same build passed with the latest image.

lukaszraczylo 3265402e37 ci: add shared-actions autoupdate and move to Go 1.26 
Add the autoupdate workflow that calls the shared go-autoupdate workflow.
Set the Go version to 1.26 in the CI, release and Docker builds.
Update actions/checkout to v6 in the helm chart job.
